Clickthru Programs:

FirstName.com - The FirstName.com clickthru program pays $0.20 per click. You can link with banners, textlinks and even with a popup console. The minimum payout is $50 and they pay you every month. If you should not reach the minimum payout in one month the amount is automatically carried over to the following month.

SearchTraffic.com - SearchTraffic.com pays $0.05 per search. You just have to add a few lines of html to your page to insert their searchbox (like the one you see at the bottom of this page). The minimum payout is $25 and they pay once a month. Checks are send out within 5 business days after the end of the pay period.

AllClicks - AllClicks pays $0.03 per click. That does not look like much compared to other click-thru banner programs but the unique about AllClicks is that you can link almost everything with their code. There are only a few rules you have to follow. The minimum payout is $50 and you are payed twice a month.
